Where We Believe Every Child can be a Genius!!!
At Geniuses On Board Child Development & Learning Center in Southfield, Michigan, we are not babysitters. We provide an enrichment program that fosters social, emotional, and educational development for individuals aged 1 to 12 years old.
Philosophy
Our program is geared toward the overall development of students. We assess each child’s abilities and interests before tailoring a teaching approach that best fits their learning style. We then help them learn problem-solving and critical thinking skills, spark their curiosity and creativity, and boost their self-esteem.
As part of our students’ training, we don’t just confine them inside the four walls of the classroom. Like what the Swiss psychologist Jean Piaget said, we need to let children play around because it opens opportunities for logical thinking. As they experiment, they will make discoveries and modify their current thinking to incorporate new insights.
Our teachers also strive to teach ethical responsibility among pupils. We are an inclusive institution that celebrates the diverse cultures that our students are a part of. We want to instill in them the importance of acceptance, regardless of where they came from.
Vision
The ultimate vision we have for our facility is rooted in both the present and the future. For the present, we aim for parents to be confident in making us their childcare center of choice. We can assure them that their children are safe, educated, and smiling at
all times.
As for the future, we want students to look back fondly at their experience with us. We hope that even with the short time we shared, they can consider their stay in our school as a cherished memory of their childhood.

CLASSROOM HAPPENINGS
Serving CACFP approved healthy snacks and meals daily. Tenured teachers that are certified through the State of Michigan. Kindergarten readiness program. Homework and Lending Library for our Preschool/Pre-K Students.
